Training this weekend in NSW

STOP PRESS: Please ensure if you would like to attend training this weekend you let Simon know as soon as possible (ideally by end of Tuesday). We have excellent numbers for the Sunday session but still have places available for Saturday - and need a few more boats to make the Saturday session viable. Victorians dominate NSW State Championships

The NSW States finished up on Sunday at the Illawarra Yacht Club.

Nine races were completed over the 3 days of racing, with all competitors commenting about the quality of the venue and the people at the Yacht Club.

The conditions for the final day were challenging with the Nor West to Nor East breeze creating plenty of opportunities to pass.

The Victorians dominated the top[ 5 final placings. Paul and Bronwyn Ridgway took the Championship in the final heat from Heather McFarlane and Chris Payne. Third was Al Murray sailing with Darren Eger and then Pete Ellis and Charlotte Berbeck. All four boats sail from Sandringham Yacht Club in Melbourne.
